Bhavishya Malika on 13-day fortnight
According to the scriptures and Bhavishya Malika, the 13-day fortnight(13 Din Paksh) is considered very inauspicious. This fortnight is also called 'Vishwa Shastra Paksha.' Whenever there is a 13-day fortnight, human society faces many kinds of disasters.
According to the Hindu calendar, one fortnight is 15 days, and two fortnight is 1 month. But due to the loss of dates of one fortnight, one fortnight becomes 13 days instead of 15 days. and this is called 13-day fortnight.

There is also a description of the 13-day paksha in the Sanatan Dharma scripture Megh Mahavidya Granth:
Anek yuga sahastryām daivayōtprājayate।
Trayōdaśa dine pakṣa stādā sanharate jagat।।
Meaning: After a long time in many eras, a Daiva Yog occurs. At that time, there was destruction in the world, and human society had to face many disasters in the form of the five elements: diseases, war, etc.
The 13-day period has been described by Achyutananda Das Ji in Bhavishya Malika. This year in 2024 also, the 13-day Duryog period occurred from 23 June to 5 July, and according to Bhavishya Malika, the 13th period of the period falling in 2024 before Pisces Shani Yog will lay the foundation of the destructive events to come in the future.

that when there is a 13-day fortnight in the month of Bhadra, death will engulf the earth, destruction will increase, diseases and epidemics will increase, communalism will increase, wars and epidemics will increase, lack of food will increase and whenever there is a 13-day fortnight, a garland of heads flows on the earth, meaning a lot of people die.

Meaning: According to Malika, when the 13-day phase arrives, an intense Kaliyuga influence takes hold, bringing inauspicious signs and natural disasters.

That is, whenever there will be a 13-din paksha, Lord Kalki will be concerned about his devotees and the work of establishing Dharma will progress more rapidly and the mlecchas will also be destroyed.
Conclusion
In this 13-day period, many types of natural disasters like earthquakes, many types of diseases and epidemics, world war, loss to the people, deterioration of the country's economic condition, etc. will have to be faced, which will take a terrible form after 2025 Pisces Shani Yog.
So that's why Malika asks all humans to come to religion and the Trisandhya Dhara, reading of Bhagwat Mahapuran and chanting of Madhav name told by Pujya Pandit Kashinath Mishra ji should be followed every day so that the blessings of Lord Mahavishnu remain and humans can be protected from the upcoming disasters.
