Is Lord Brahma the divine creator of all living beings, including humans and animals?
According to the Sanatan Dharma, Lord Brahma is traditionally regarded as the creator of the Universe, but as mentioned in Shrimad Bhagwat Maha Puran, Brahma is born from the navel of Lord Vishnu on a lotus and receives the knowledge to create the Universe. Brahma creates within the framework of eternal laws set by Lord Vishnu and Sanatan Dharma. According to Brahma Samhita even Brahma prays to Lord Narayana/Vishnu, acknowledging him as the original source. So, the original source of all creation is the Supreme Lord Vishnu (Parabrahma/Narayan), and Brahma acts under His direction. Whose supreme name is "Madhav" according to Bhavishya Malika scriptures. Lord Brahma created: Manushya (humans) through Prajapatis (progenitors) Pashu (animals) and all other Jeeva (living beings) The four Vedas, time cycles (kalpas), and knowledge systems Prajapatis and Sapta Rishis Lord Brahma created the Prajapatis, who then helped generate the various species and lineages. He also created the Sapta Rishis (Seven Great Sages) to guide humanity.
