Linga Puran
Every person should perform Trikal Sandhya with a cheerful and peaceful mind. It should be done early morning (before sunrise), at midday, and in the evening (before sunset) and give up lust, anger, greed, and attachment. Ignoring this will lead a person to their downfall.
Matsya Puran
Goddess Parvati performed Trikal Sandhya with discipline and devotion for 100 years and received Lord Shiva as her husband. Brahma, Rudra, Prajapati, and all the gods also practice this worship.
Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran
Daksha Prajapati used to worship the Lord through Trikal Sandhya and penance to expand creation. Those who do not perform Trikal Sandhya live a life similar to the dead. Their life remains incomplete and without purpose.
