The first phase of Kaliyuga is underway, or we can say it is in its infancy. According to priests, preachers, and saints, the age of Kaliyuga is 432,000. However, the Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran provides clear evidence about the state of Kaliyuga.
When 2,300 years of Kaliyuga had passed, Bhakti Devi and Narada Muni had a conversation, as mentioned in the first chapter of the Bhagwat Mahatmya.
According to this conversation, a severe Kaliyuga was underway at that time and was in its worst state. This is what Narada Muni was telling Bhakti Devi. This is clear from the shloka given below.
